About Me:
I research and develop the culture of professional communication. For me, pedagogy is a space where the humanitarian capital of the country is formed, and my mission is to help teachers and students become confident, communicative, and professionally mature individuals.

Defense of Candidate’s Dissertation (PhD in Education) on the topic “Development of Communicability of a Manager-Pedagogue in the Process of Additional Professional Education” (I.A. Bunin Yelets State University, 2008).
