Discover All the Secrets of Admission to Leading Universities in Moscow and St. Petersburg

Educational Programme for Students Aged 15–17

Many teenagers finishing high school don’t know what to do next: stay in their hometown or go study somewhere else? Which university to choose? Which programme? How to get in? Are there any bonuses for school activities (subject olympiads, volunteering, etc.)?

This programme was created specifically to help participants answer these questions for themselves. Each trip is unique in its own way — we strive to visit not just any universities, but the best universities in our country, located in the two capitals.

Past Programme Highlights

Last spring, participants visited 7 universities — names that are probably known to almost everyone:

  • MGIMO (Moscow State Institute of International Relations)

  • RUDN (Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia)

  • Bauman MSTU (Moscow State Technical University)

  • HSE (Higher School of Economics — both in Moscow and St. Petersburg)

  • LETI (St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University)

  • SPbPU (Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University)

Alumni Meetings

In addition to university visits, there are other activities. For example, on each trip we arrange meetings with Lingua graduates who now study and work in Moscow and St. Petersburg. They are happy to share their experiences: how they applied, what advantages their universities offer, and what hidden opportunities exist for students in such big cities.

These meetings take place in a variety of locations — our groups are not tied to one place and don’t sit within four walls, but are constantly on the move!

What Makes Our Educational Trips Different?

They are always aimed at achieving results in a short period of time.

By the end of the programme, each participant — through reflection guided by a Lingua teacher-mentor — will be able to achieve and, equally importantly, recognise the following outcomes:

  • ✅ The student can evaluate events, their own activities, and the activities of others

  • ✅ The student can make independent decisions

  • ✅ The student knows how to achieve a set goal

  • ✅ The student is ready for a conscious choice of future profession, having gained valuable life experience
