About Me:

I research and develop the culture of professional communication. For me, pedagogy is a space where the humanitarian capital of the country is formed, and my mission is to help teachers and students become confident, communicative, and professionally mature individuals.


Research Activity and Achievements:

  • Defense of Candidate’s Dissertation (PhD in Education) on the topic “Development of Communicability of a Manager-Pedagogue in the Process of Additional Professional Education” (I.A. Bunin Yelets State University, 2008).

  • Development of theoretical foundations for the development of communicability as a component of professional excellence.

  • Definition of the structure and specific skills that constitute the integrative ability of communicability of a manager-pedagogue.

  • Substantiation of the role of specialization and functions of a manager-pedagogue.

  • Preparation of practical recommendations for the development of communicability in the system of additional education.

  • Author of over 40 educational and methodological manuals.


Practical Experience:

  • Bashkir State Pedagogical Institute (now named after M. Akmulla) — Teacher of Russian Language and Literature (1994), Practical Psychologist in the Public Education System (1994).

  • Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) — Program for training managerial personnel for organizations of the national economy of the Russian Federation: “Innovative Development of the Company.”

  • International certificate confirming proficiency in Business English — BULATS; Certificates from GLOBE English Centre, UK, confirming proficiency in Academic English.

  • Work at the Private Institution of Additional Professional Education Center for Humanitarian Education “Lingva” (Surgut) since 2002.

  • Organization of 6 international humanitarian conferences.

  • Conducting over 10 student conferences.

  • Annual organization of 3–5 educational events for participants aged 4 to 18+.

  • Mentorship under the guidance of E.I. Passov and L.V. Zhuravleva.
